How do I order Jabba's Sail Barge? A pre-order option was available earlier this year. Sadly at this stage all allocations are filled.
When will I receive my Jabba's Sail Barge booklet? We unfortunately have hold ups with our forwarding company which has delayed the books to Australia. Once we receive the booklets they will ship to anyone that has paid in full, for the barge pre-order.
I only paid the deposit when ordering, will I still get a booklet? Yes, you will still get a booklet sent but only when the full amount is paid.
Why won't you send the booklet earlier, although I paid the deposit and shipping? Please see above.
Can I get a refund? Please see refer to our Pre-Order and Return T&C's.
When are you expecting to recieve Jabba's Barge &/or booklet? Please see above. We will contact you via email once the booklet has arrived into our warehouse. The actual product is expected to start shipping in the US from the 28/02/2019. We would expect to receive our allocation sometime in March. Please note; this time frame is all dependant on supplier shipment and can change.
